This May we celebrated with several of our student friars as they enjoyed the results of their studies and received their diplomas.
Friar Franck Lino Sokpolie received a degree in French and Francophone Studies, with a Certificate in European Studies. On May 14, Friar Franck received his diploma at the Catholic University of America. (In the photo above he shares a laugh with friar Cristofer Fernandez who is completing a master’s degree in Theology, Religion, and Culture, with a focus on Eco-Theology.)
Friar Cristian Ubaldo Matinez graduated from the Oblate School of Theology with a Masters Degree in Divinity. Friar Cristian will now begin full-time parish ministry in San Antonio, Texas.
