On Saturday, July 4, six men were invested with the Conventual Franciscan Habit. Friars Joshua Callado, Andrew Chamiec, Craig Chircop, Adan Orellana, Jacob Polinski, and Lou Salvador have entered the Conventual Franciscan Novitiate in Arroyo Grande, California.
Novitiate is a place and a time away providing the opportunity to discern further the call to Conventual Franciscan life. The Novices will live in fraternity, spend time in private and communal prayer, and participate in classes, workshops, seminars, manual work, and other activities.
