During Holy Week and Easter, the postulants visited the Conventual Franciscan Novitiate in Arroyo Grande, California. The visit gave the postulants a chance to see what their next stage of formation might look like. At the beginning of Novitiate, men receive the habit and then participate in an experience of a ‘a year and a day’ intense retreat-style, deep dive into their Franciscan vocation.
