Praying for peace and an end to violence
The Most Reverend Michael W. Fisher, Bishop of Buffalo, hosted a prayer gathering on July 21st for the community in response to rising levels of violence in the Buffalo and Western New York region. Friars Michael Duffy and Maximilian Avila participated in this prayer for peace in Niagara Square.
Friars Michael and Max are two of the six friars serving at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs.
