The last weekend in June, Our Lady of the Angels Province hosted their third Assisi on the Chesapeake Retreat. Sixty young people gathered from Chicopee (MA), Atlanta (GA), Baltimore (MD), and Olean (NY). The theme for this year’s retreat was the Witness of the Franciscan Saints. The friars and young adults discussed how the saints encountered God’s love and lived like Christ.
